Les r\u00e9chauffeurs \u00e0 h\u00e9lice de Proline sont construits avec une selle de support qui assure une distance constante tout autour du tuyau. Il y a aussi une arche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la selle qui permet tige de commande<\/a> pour passer, de sorte que le moulin \u00e0 vent ait une assise stable. La tige d'actionnement sert \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les pinces pneumatiques internes et l'arche de selle garantit qu'elle n'est pas g\u00ean\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le radiateur \u00e0 ailettes est plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ouverture du tuyau. Il est raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 une classe 1 ou une classe 3 tuyau de propane<\/a> qui est \u00e0 son tour reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un r\u00e9servoir de propane<\/a>.Il y a un levier marche\/arr\u00eat sur le chauffe-roue pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit. Une fois allum\u00e9s, il y a de quatre \u00e0 huit br\u00fbleurs (selon la taille du chauffe-roue) qui d\u00e9livreront chacun 325 000 BTU de chaleur. En hiver, le pr\u00e9chauffage des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tuyaux avant le soudage permet de s'assurer que ceux-ci sont parfaitement secs et que toute trace d'humidit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9e. En \u00e9t\u00e9, une utilisation t\u00f4t le matin permet d'\u00e9liminer la ros\u00e9e matinale afin que le soudage puisse commencer. L'utilisation en \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pendra \u00e9galement de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Proline's pinwheel heaters are built with a support saddle that ensures that a constant distance is maintained all around the pipe.\u00a0 There is also an arch that is built into the saddle which allows reach rod<\/a> to pass through, so the pinwheel has stable footing. The reach rod is used for controlling the internal pneumatic line up clamps and the saddle arch ensures that it is not interfered with.<\/p>

The pinwheel heater is placed at the opening of the pipe.\u00a0 It is hooked up to a class 1 or class 3 propane hose<\/a> that in turn is hooked up to a propane tank<\/a>.\u00a0 There is an off\/on lever on the pinwheel heater to control flow.\u00a0 Once turned on, there are from four to eight burners (depending on the size of the pinwheel heater) that will each deliver 325,000 BTU\u2019s of heat.\u00a0 A handle is attached to the pinwheel heater so the operator can turn and rotate the torches at different intervals to deliver constant and even heating.\u00a0 An optional propane regulator<\/a> is also available if required or desired.<\/p>

In wintertime, pre-heating the pipe ends before welding, ensures that the pipe is completely dry before welding and that all moisture has been removed from the pipe.\u00a0 In summertime, early morning use will remove the morning dew so welding can commence. Summertime use will also depend on the ambient temperature.\u00a0 In any season, the pinwheel heaters will make sure that the pipe is dry before any welding procedures begin.<\/p>

The pinwheel heaters can be dismantled for storage or for shipping and are easily assembled when they are needed.<\/p>
