R\u00e9parations : En tant que centre de r\u00e9paration agr\u00e9\u00e9 pour les machines \u00e0 biseauter, nous pouvons r\u00e9parer les machines \u00e0 biseauter Mathey et H&M. Qu'il s'agisse d'une machine de 2\"-4\" ou d'une machine de 30\"-36\", nous disposons d'un atelier de r\u00e9paration interne \u00e9quip\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration de votre machine \u00e0 biseauter. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s fiers de nos techniciens et du travail qu'ils accomplissent et votre machine sera comme neuve.<\/p>\n

Achat : En tant que revendeur agr\u00e9\u00e9, nous disposons de machines \u00e0 biseauter Mathey et H&M. La gamme que nous avons en stock est la suivante : 2\"-4\", 3\"-8\", 6\"-12\", 12\"-20\" et 20\"-26\". Nous disposons \u00e9galement d'un large choix de pi\u00e8ces de rechange, des entretoises aux supports de torche.<\/p>\n

Location : Chacune de nos locations est inspect\u00e9e avant d'\u00eatre mise en service. Nous louons des machines \u00e0 biseauter (et torches<\/a>) de 2\"-36\".<\/p>\n

Ces machines peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s utiles pour les travaux n\u00e9cessitant plusieurs tailles, mais elles peuvent devenir tr\u00e8s lourdes et encombrantes d\u00e8s que le tuyau d\u00e9passe 20\". Le travail sur le terrain n'est pas recommand\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de 20\", mais si vous disposez d'une grue pour soulever la machine \u00e0 biseauter, c'est possible. Nous recommandons d'utiliser les tuyaux de plus de 20\" dans un atelier.<\/p>\n

La plus grande question \u00e0 laquelle nous sommes confront\u00e9s avec les machines \u00e0 chanfreiner est la suivante : quelles entretoises dois-je utiliser ? Il existe 4 options diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n

Pour les machines \u00e0 biseauter Mathey et H&M 2\"-4\", vous avez les entretoises demi-rondes, 2 par taille. Cependant, si le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie comporte un \"C\", il faut utiliser les entretoises cubiques.<\/p>\n

Les boulons d'\u00e9cartement sont utilis\u00e9s pour les machines \u00e0 biseauter Mathey de 3\"-8\" et plus, 4 pi\u00e8ces par taille forment un jeu, nous les avons en stock. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Mathey a mis sur le march\u00e9 une entretoise de marche. Nous ne les avons pas en stock, mais nous pouvons les fournir sur demande.<\/p>\n

Pour les machines \u00e0 biseauter H&M de 3\"-8\" et plus, il y a deux options. Si le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie comporte un \"H\", la machine \u00e0 biseauter utilise les boulons d'\u00e9cartement. Si le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie comporte un \"C\", il faut utiliser les entretoises cubiques (qui ressemblent \u00e0 des \"T\").<\/p>\n

Repairs: As an authorized repair center for beveling machines we can repair both Mathey and H&M beveling machines. Whether it is a 2\u201d-4\u201d or a 30\u201d- 36\u201d machine we have an in-house repair shop stocked with parts needed to repair your beveling machine. We take great pride in our techs and the work they do and your machine will come out looking brand new.<\/p>

Purchase: As an authorized dealer we have both Mathey and H&M bevel machines on the shelf. The range that we stock on our shelf is as follows: \u00a02\u201d-4\u201d, 3\u201d-8\u201d, 6\u201d-12\u201d, 12\u201d-20\u201d and 20\u201d-26\u201d. We also have a large selection of replacement parts from spacers to torch holders.<\/p>

Rental: Every one of our rentals is inspected before it goes out. We offer rental beveling machines (and torches<\/a>) from 2\u201d-36\u201d.<\/p>

These machines can be great for a job requiring multiple sizes, however they can get very heavy and cumbersome once you get over 20\u201d pipe. Field work is not recommended over 20\u201d but if you have a crane to lift the beveling machine it can be done, we recommend anything over 20\u201d to be used in a shop.<\/p>

The biggest question we face with bevel machines is what spacers do I use? There are 4 different options available.<\/p>

For both Mathey and H&M beveling machines 2\u201d-4\u201d you have the half round spacers, 2 per size. However if there is a \u201cC\u201d in the serial number it would use the cuboid spacers.<\/p>

For the Mathey beveling machines 3\u201d-8\u201d and up the spacer bolts are used, 4 pcs. per size makes one set, we have these in stock. In recent years Mathey have released a step spacer. We do not stock these but are able to bring them in as requested.<\/p>

For the H&M beveling machines there are 3\u201d-8\u201d and up there are 2 options. If there is an \u201cH\u201d in the serial number the beveling machine would use the spacer bolts. If there is a \u201cC\u201d in the serial number you would use the cuboid spacers (they look like \u201cT\u2019s\u201d)<\/p>
