The PROLINE Internal Pneumatic Lineup Clamp (Self-Propelled \/ Travel) is a powerful and reliable tool designed for precise pipe alignment in pipeline construction. Engineered for use with steel pipe ranging from 16 to 60 inches in diameter, this clamp is available in multiple sizes and models, including configurations for 16\u201318 inch, 18\u201320 inch, and continuing up to 58\u201360 inch pipe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This self-propelled clamp features a pneumatic travel motor with forward and reverse capability, allowing it to travel a full double joint length inside the pipe. It includes an integrated air reservoir tank and is powered by two double-acting air cylinders. Independent front and rear line-up heads ensure accurate alignment of pipe joints, while the clamp\u2019s quick-adjust design accommodates various pipe wall thicknesses with ease.<\/p>\n
Optional conversion kits are available to allow for fast reconfiguration between pipe sizes, enhancing on-site versatility and reducing downtime. Extra spare parts can also be supplied to support ongoing maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n
