Pipe Bending Machine Heavy Duty(HD) Features:
- Oversized hydraulic tanks with internal cooling baffles prevent overheating of the hydraulic fluid under extreme jobsites conditions
- Safety shutdown instruments immediately shut off the engine in case of low oil pressure or high temperature, to prevent engine damage
- Emergency positive air shut down devices available for most of our models on the engine air intake allowing the Bending Machine operator to instantly stop the engine in case flammable or explosive gases are present in the air.
- Safety compliable for most plant site applications.
- Heavy protective steel plate in front of the operator platform to guard the operator from any danger of direct exposure to any hydraulic leaks or blowouts
- Glow plugs available to aid in extreme cold weather starting conditions
- Instruments, gauges and controls are clustered in front of the operator for easy use
- Polyurethane pipe bending die sets provide smooth, non-scarring surfaces for bending bare or pre-coated pipe. If the polyurethane becomes damaged or worn, replacement “shells” of polyurethane moulded steel are quickly and easily installed in the bending set place of those original “shells” at a very modest cost
