River and road crossings can be a difficult undertaking when building a pipeline. Stringing the pipe through a bore comes with several challenges and issues. Protecting the pipes coating is integral for the long-term integrity of the pipeline. Angling the pipe properly is also an issue compared to standard lowering in on the straight away. Proline’s horizontal pipe rollers are your solution to both problems. The urethane rollers help the rollers protect the coating from damage during the installation.

Ease of Use

When designing our pipe rollers Proline tried to make them as user friendly as possible. With large equipment such as these transport and handling can be one of the biggest hurdles. Because of this we added forklift pockets so the pipe rollers can be easily picked up. Lifting eyes are also a feature on all the heavy-duty models to allow easy sling lifting where required. Additionally, angled iron pockets were added to enable easy stacking for transportation 2-4 units high. Finally, the wide footprint on all the heavy-duty pipe rollers allows them to stay stable in rough and uneven terrain.

Options

Prolines pipe rollers come in several shapes and sizes to accommodate nearly any size of pipe. Whether it is a light small diameter pipe on concrete or a large heavy wall pipe out in the bush Proline has something that will suit your needs. We also have a heavy duty pipe roller that is adjustable to whichever size of pipe necessary, this can be set and changed in our yard or in the field.
