Pipe Bending
Proline Pipe Equipment Inc. has been providing custom cold pipe bending service since 1987.
Our pipe bending machines can cold bend from NPS 4 to NPS 48 pipe for architectural, structural and oil and gas. The bending machines are designed to bend bare steel or various types of external & internal coatings. They are equipped with polyurethane liners to protect the pipe coatings and pipe from damages.
The bending process requires internal pipe bending mandrels from NPS 6 to NPS 48 to ensure the pipe from going out-of-round. Our pipe bending mandrels are also equipped with polyurethane wheels and pads to prevent internal damage to the pipe coating or pipe.

Field Bending Equipment
Proline specializes in field bending equipment, which means we have a large fleet of bending machines, die sets, and internal mandrels that can be moved to a pipeline right-of-way or other location to provide quick and accurate pipe bends.
With our extensive inventory, we can accommodate every pipe size ranging from NPS 4 to NPS 48.
Our bends follow the CSA Z662:23 standard, and all pipe bends come with a bend drawing and ovality report to ensure accuracy.
Other dimensional checks such as swabbing or wall thickness testing are available on request.
