vLoc3-5000 Receiver
The vLoc3-5000 utility locator offers advanced digital signal processing, GPS data capture, and broadband frequency selection for locating buried utilities. GPS data can be downloaded for GIS systems or Google Maps, and real-time mapping is available via the free VM-MAP smartphone app, which logs location data, depth, current, and custom notes.
With dual screened 3D antennas, the locator detects signal distortion on a bright color display. It offers classic and new screens like Vector Locate for automatic locating, Transverse Graph for signal distortion, Plan View for cable orientation, and a graphical Sonde screen.
Highly configurable, the vLoc3-5000 includes eight passive locate modes, fault-find mode, Signal Select™ for signal bleed-over, and configurable frequencies (98Hz–200kHz). Alerts for shallow depth, overload, and other conditions can be customized. Plug-and-play options include Bluetooth for GPS devices and EMS foot for marker locating.
