Le Baiekur Hot Coils™ Model 800 is an electric resistance heating coil designed for preheating 8-inch pipe prior to welding. The coil fits around the pipe and provides localized, even heat around the weld joint, helping bring the pipe to the temperature required by the applicable welding procedure.

Featuring an adjustable thermostat and insulated coil construction, the Model 800 can reach an internal temperature of up to 600°F (315°C). Its hinged design allows it to be quickly positioned around the pipe and secured in place, making it practical for repeated use in pipeline and field welding applications.

The Model 800 operates on 110/120 V and delivers 1500 W of heating power, with a standard NEMA 5-15 plug. The coil reaches its maximum temperature in approximately 20 minutes under the manufacturer’s test conditions.
