Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machines

Proline Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machines are engineered for bending steel pipes from NPS 4 to NPS 48, accommodating various wall thicknesses. These machines can be custom manufactured with standard or heavy-duty features. They all come with a control panel featuring gauges and an automatic emergency shutoff, ensuring operators maintain full control. They are powered by a CAT Turbo diesel or Deutz air-cooled diesel engine, both with electric start and emergency shutdown systems.

Designed for versatility and mobility, Proline Bending Machines are equipped with either rubber tires or steel tracks, along with a hydraulic towing tongue. They feature large capacity fuel and hydraulic tanks with cooling baffles and a hydraulic system controlled by a manual three-spool valve bank. A hydraulic drive pipe movement winch and removable polyurethane liners for externally coated pipes enhance functionality and protection.

  • Oversize hydraulic tanks with internal cooling baffles prevent overheating of the hydraulic fluid, no matter how extreme the jobsite conditions.
  • Safety shutdown instruments immediately shut off the engine in case of low oil pressure or high temperature, to prevent engine damage.
  • Emergency shutoff on the engine air intake allows bending machine operator to instantly stop the engine in case flammable or explosive gases are present in the air.
  • Heavy steel plate in front of the operator platform protects the operator from the danger of hydraulic leaks or burst hydraulic hoses.
  • Instruments, gauges and controls are located directly in front of the operator for easy use.
