The Cadweld Kit is an essential solution for securely attaching cathodic protection leads to pipes, tanks, and various structures. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary components to ensure reliable exothermic welding connections.

PROLINE’s Cadweld kit consists of the following components:

• 1G Mold with Frame Welder: The GY molds are user-friendly, facilitating precise cable alignment. Each mold comes with a baffle cover that minimizes emissions and prolongs the lifespan of the handle clamp.

• CA15 Cadweld Cartridge: Utilizing an exothermic welding process, these cartridges create a molecular bond with the structure’s surface. The kit includes one box containing 20 cartridges, with additional boxes available for separate purchase.

• Copper Sleeves: The kit provides 100 copper sleeves suitable for 8-10 gauge wires, essential for effective exothermic welding applications.

• Flint Gun: A trigger-action flint gun ensures safe and efficient ignition of the welding material.

• Screwdriver: A 4-inch slot head screwdriver is included for convenience during installation.

• Hand Brush: The Osborn Shoe Handle Brush aids in cleaning surfaces to ensure optimal welding conditions.

• File: A 14-inch HRB Pipeliner File is provided for preparing metal surfaces prior to welding.

• Tool Box: All components are neatly organized in a durable Beech B-10 Tool Box for easy transportation and storage.
