Propane Hose

Propane Hose Assemblies are CSA-approved and built to meet the highest industry standards for safety and performance. Commonly used in recreational vehicles, camping equipment, torches, construction heaters, and tank manifolds, these hose assemblies provide a reliable connection for propane transfer in both vapor and liquid states.

Brass Ends

CSA-approved to CGA standards 8.1 or 8.3, Type I hoses are designed for the transfer of propane (vapor or liquid) and natural gas (vapor only, with specific application criteria). These hoses are available in 1/4″ and 3/8″ID sizes and have a working pressure of up to 350 PSI. When used for natural gas, they are limited to a maximum of 50 PSI and must be installed outdoors. Type I hoses are not suitable for use with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).

Steel Ends

CSA-approved Type III hoses are designed for liquid propane and natural gas vapor applications.

Features:

  • Inner Tube: Thermoplastic construction for flexibility and durability.
  • Reinforcement: Stainless steel braid over a textile braid for added strength.
  • Outer Cover: Oil-resistant perforated synthetic rubber for enhanced protection.
  • Operating Conditions: Rated for 350 PSI and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 121°C.
  • End Fittings: Hydraulically crimped, non-reusable hose ends for a secure connection.

Designed for high-pressure propane applications, these hose assemblies offer reliability and safety for a variety of industrial and commercial uses.
